John G. Allman, 75, of Mars died Monday at UPMC Passavant hospital, McCandless.

Born in Hampton Township, Allegheny County, April 15, 1929, he was the son of John Sr. and Margaret Allman.

He had been a trucking accountant and was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

Mr. Allman was a member of the Valencia United Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by his wife, Miriam Allman; a daughter, Peg J. Allman-Mesco; a brother, Loyal C. Allman; and a grandchild, Tiffany Mesco.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the. Rev. Gary Weston officiating. Burial will be at Allegheny County Memorial Park.Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
