Judith D. Norris, 65, of SarvSamaritan Hospice in Cabot.

Born July 26, 1943, in Natrona Heights, she was the daughter of Donald C. and Martha B. (Arner) Slagle.

She was a nurse for Saxony Health Center.

She attended New Life Christian Ministries church.

The joy in her life was watching her two grandsons in their endeavors, including watching them play sports. She also enjoyed sewing and making crafts.

She was the epitome of a nurse, providing love and care to her loved ones, friends, patients and everyone who was fortunate enough to be a part of her life.

She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly S. (James R.) Pfeiffer of Sarver; her brothers, Donald K. (JoAnn) Slagle of Newburn, N.C., and Gerald L. (Kathleen) Slagle of Mechanicsville, Md.; her grandsons, Nicholas and Benjamin Pfeiffer, both at home; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded by her husband, Herbert H. Norris; her daughter, Tracey L. List; and her parents.
