Bauer

Teresa A. Monfre Bauer, 46, of 109 Geibel Road, died Saturday at Butler MemorialHospital.

Born June 18, 1961, in Butler, she was the daughter of Michael A. and Mary Ann Robb Monfre.

She was a homemaker.

She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, where she was a Eucharistic minister, a member of parish council, a member of the choir, a Sunday school teacher and a vacation Bible school teacher. She was also the school librarian and taught preschool at St. Mary of the Assumption School.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond L. Bauer, to whom she was married for 26 years. Also surviving are three sons, Stephen A., Timothy B. and Michael V. Bauer, all at home; three daughters, Mary R., Emily C., and Anna K. Bauer, all at home; her parents, Michael A. and Mary Ann Robb Monfre of Butler; a brother, Anthony P. Monfre of Butler; a sister, Mrs. Kevin (Gina) Stutz of Butler; and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Monfre Bauer, who died Saturday, June 23, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at <B>Martin Funeral Home</B>, 429 Center Ave.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman, with the Rev. John McCloskey, OFM Cap., and the Rev. Lester Knoll, OFM Cap., officiating.Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.Members of St. Mary parish will conduct a scriptural wake service at 2 p.m. Tuesday the funeral home.Information is available at www.martinfh.net.
