Seybert is a 2012 graduate of Slippery Rock High School.

U.S. Navy Seaman Kaine Mowatt, son of Angie and Aaron Mowatt of Freeport, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.
