Anita L. Dickson

Anita L. Dickson, 95, of 930 E. Park Ave., Columbiana, Ohio, died at 6:40 p.m. Monday at the Parkside Health Care Center in Columbiana after a brief illness.

Born Aug. 25, 1910, in Bruin, she was the daughter of John A. and Eva Campbell.

She moved to the Columbiana area in 1930.

A 1932 graduate of Grove City College, she retired as a fifth-grade teacher at Greenford Elementary in Columbiana, where she taught from 1934 to 1971.

Mrs. Dickson was a member of the Greenford Lutheran Church. She was a 50-year member of the Eastern Star Lodge 253 and a life member of the Ohio Retired Teachers' Association.

She is survived by two sons, James M. Dickson of Columbiana and Donald E. Dickson of Sebring, Fla.; seven grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Her husband, James M. Dickson, whom she married June 14, 1945, died Nov. 16, 1985. She was also preceded in death by a sister and four brothers.

<B>DICKSON</B> — Friends of Anita L. Dickson, who died Monday, July 17, 2006, will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the <B>Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home</B>, 154 S. Elm St., Columbiana. Services will follow at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev.
