Man found with fatal gunshot wound to the head in Muddy Creek Twp.
According to Butler County Coroner Bill Young, a man suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head early Saturday morning in Muddy Creek Township.
Crews responded at 3:30 a.m. to Kelly Road and remained on scene investigating for more than two hours. Young said he was called to the scene around 7 a.m.
According to Young, the man’s death could be a homicide.
“It looked like the guy was just dumped there,” he said.
State police have yet to release information on the investigation. Young said an autopsy will be performed Sunday.
