The Mercer Livestock Auction provided the following report from Tuesday:

Heavy commercial bulls, super heavy weight, to $85., and heavy weight, to 92.; commercial cows, high grades, 71.50 to 75., core sales, 65. to 70., and lower grades, 55. to 64.; fed colored cattle, high choice, 103.50 to 106.50, choice, 100. to 103., and selects, 95. to 99.; feeder cattle, core sales, 100. to 115., and heavy feeders over 800 pounds, 80. to 85.; and calves, 100. to 125.

The special fall feeder cattle and breeders consignment sale is Sept. 23
