Philip E. Crowe

Philip E. Crowe, 87, of Butler passed away Sunday, Jan. 10, 2021, in Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born Aug. 7, 1933, in Butler, he was a son of the late Edward W. and Gertrude M. Nathan Crowe.

A graduate of Butler High School and the University of Notre Dame, Philip had a successful career in sales.

He was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife, Shirlee J. Welker Crowe; three children, Stephen Crowe and his wife, Molly, of Bowling Green, Ohio, Brian Crowe and his wife, Melissa, of Ohio, and Erin Crowe, of Washington, D.C.; one stepson, Steven Glenn of Gibsonia; one sister, Patricia Began of New Castle; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

CROWE — There will be no visitation for Philip E. Crowe, who died Sunday, Jan. 10, 2021.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave., Butler.
