Bonita J. "Bonnie" Bortmas, 61, of West Sunbury died at 2:20 a.m. Monday at the Good Samaritan Hospice at Concordia after a short illness.

Born Feb. 24, 1947, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Robert J. Henry and the late Marjorie Jean Sindlinger.

She was a member of the Faith Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Bortmas was a licensed beautician at Christy's Hair Styling.

She is survived by her husband, Willian J. Bortmas, whom she married Aug. 8, 1970; a daughter, Mrs. William (Jennifer) Wise of West Sunbury; two granddaughters, Amanda and Megan Wise; and a brother, John Henry of Butler.

<B>BORTMAS</B> — There will be no visitation, and burial at the West Sunbury Union Cemetery will be private. A memorial service for Bonita J. "Bonnie" Bortmas, who died Monday, April 14, 2008, will be held at 11 a.m. May 10 at the West Sunbury United Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dr. Wayne Bell officiating. Arrangements are being handled by the <B>William F. Young Funeral Home</B>, West Sunbury.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice at Concordia, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot, PA 16023.
