Charles Cochran, 72, of Cranberry Township died April 20 at UPMC Passavant Cranberry Place.

He was born Aug. 27, 1935, in Sligo, the son of David Grant Cochran and Mary Ellen Henry Cochran.

Surviving are a brother, Richard Cochran; and six sisters, Mildred Swartzlander, Helen Miller, Stella Rose and Alice, Martha and Margaret Cochran.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce A. Cricks Cochran; and a brother.
