Sherri M. Geller
Sherri M. Rock Geller, 42, of New Stanton died Sunday in her home following a long bout with breast and bone cancer.
Born Jan. 27, 1966, in Butler, she was the daughter of Donald and Gerri Seybert Rock of Export.
A 1984 graduate of Greensburg Salem High School, where she was a majorette, she received an associates in arts degree from Westmoreland County Community College. She currently was a senior at Carlow College completing a medical degree to become a physician's assistant.
After running the medical lab at Sony's American Video Glass Co. in New Stanton, where she met her husband Regis, the son of Rege and Loretta Geller of Fayette City, she became a case manager for HealthSouth in Monroeville.
She is survived by her husband; two sisters, Carrie Izydore of Bethel Park and Terri Edmiston of Duncansville; a nephew, Tyler, and niece, Kira Edmiston, also of Duncansville; a grandmother, Dollie Mae Seybert of Sarver; three uncles, Ken and Richard Seybert of Sarver, and Melvin Seybert Jr. of Oneonta, Ala.; and two aunts, Diane McClain of Sarver and Shirley Rock of Butler.
Mrs. Geller was preceded in death by a uncle, Melvin Seybert.
