Dolores G. Geibel, 86, of 168 Schiebel Road died Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Sept. 11, 1919, in Butler, she was the daughter of Louis and Elizabeth Widenhofer Etzel.

She was a member of the St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman, and was a former member of the Christian Mother's of St. Mary's.

Mrs. Geibel was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting and gardening.

Surviving are four sons, Louis R. Geibel of Wexford, John R. Geibel of Butler, Alvin F. Geibel of Moon Township and Richard W. Geibel of Cincinnati; a daughter, Mrs. Brian (Karen) Beblo of Cabot; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard J. Geibel, whom she married on June 26, 1948, and who died on Jan. 31, 2000. She was also preceded in death by two infant daughters, four brothers, and a sister.

<B>GEIBEL</B> — Friends of Dolores G. Geibel, who died Friday, Feb. 24, 2006, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday at the St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman with the Rev. John McCloskey, OFM, Cap., officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Mary Parish Cemetery.Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Butler Unit, P.O.
