George “Randy” Ripper

George “Randy” Ripper, 59, of Evans City passed away Thursday while under the care of VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler.

Born May 31, 1958, in Butler, he was the son of George K. and Patricia Burkett Ripper.

Randy was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Evans City and Harmony Moose.

He enjoyed dancing and singing karaoke with his friends. He also loved cruising in his ragtop and watching movies, especially old movies and “It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.”

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his children, Kory (Ashley) Ripper of Evans City, Kasey Ripper of Muskego, Wis., Kelsey Ripper of Cranberry Township, and Kolby Ripper of Evans City; his father and mother, George K. and Patricia Burkett Ripper of Evans City; his brothers, G. Ronald Ripper of Pittsburgh, and Richard J. Ripper of Evans City; his sister, Shelly Ripper of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and his uncle and aunt, Robert and Claudia Ripper of Callery.

Randy was preceded in death by his sister, Tracy Lee Ray.

RIPPER — Friends of George “Randy” Ripper, who died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2018, will be received from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Boylan Funeral Home, 116 E. Main St., Evans City.A funeral ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 330 E. Main St., Evans City.Memorial donations may be made in his honor to VNA Inpatient Hospice, 115 Technology Dr., Butler, PA 16001, or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or to Evans City Library, 204 S.
