William John 'Bill' Cochran
William John “Bill” Cochran, 48, of Maxton, N.C., formerly of Eldorado, Pa., passed away Sunday evening at his home of natural causes.
Born on Dec. 30, 1966, in Butler, he was the son of Sylvia Yeager Cochran, who survives, and the late Edward Cochran Sr.
He had attended the Robinson Chapel United Methodist Church near Parker.
A graduate of Moniteau School District, he was employed in construction most of his adult life.
Bill enjoyed riding the Harleys and loved caring for his dogs, Elmer and Bear.
In addition to his mother of Washington Township, he is survived by his wife of 18 years, Tina Joy Best Cochran. He is also survived by his two children, Abbi and Kevin (Amanda) Cochran; his three stepchildren, Amanda, Matt and Teddy; his two grandchildren, Olivia and Adalyn; his four siblings and their spouses, Elizabeth “Beth” (Donald) Butcherine, Joseph (Lisa), Frank T. (Tammie) and Edward H. (Bonnie) Jr. Cochran, all of Hilliards, as well as a number of nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Twila Pennington Best of Eldorado.
