Russell John Ligato of Middlesex Township passed away unexpectedly Saturday at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Born Nov. 25, 1964, he was the son of Bruno and Kathryn Ligato.

Surviving are his parents of Sewickley; two sons, Joseph and Christopher; a brother, Charles Ligato; a sister, Donna Brooks; three nieces; and two nephews.

<B>LIGATO</B> — There will be no formal funeral service for Russell John Ligato, who passed away Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, but there will be a celebration of his life at noon on Saturday, March 10, 2012, at the Middlesex Volunteer Fire Company, 130 Browns Hill Road, Valencia.In lieu of flowers or donations, and if you are able, the family asks guests to bring a covered dish to share with family and friends.
