James B. Sinclair
James B. Sinclair, 77, of Butler passed away Tuesday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice.
Born on Feb. 20, 1937, in Butler, he was the son of the late James Sinclair and Hazel Jane (Smith) Sinclair.
Jim was a 1956 graduate of Butler High School. He had an associate degree in science from Point Park College and had been employed as a loan officer, working with car dealers for Mellon Bank and then with Huntington Bank.
He was a member of the Kiwanis Club and the American Legion in Zelienople and was a former member of Ducks Unlimited. He enjoyed fishing, going on casino trips, mowing grass and being with his grandchildren.
Surviving are his wife, Donna Marie (Sobkowz) Sinclair, who he married Oct. 1, 1960; his two sons, David W. (Amy Baker) Sinclair of Butler and John (Shannon) Sinclair of Brookline, N.H.; his three grandsons, Jack, Noah and Liam Sinclair; and his granddog, Duffy.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Hazel Jane Walker.
