These items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Aug. 31 — Soo K. Kang, 45, of Seven Fields, was charged with two misdemeanor neglect to animals after police said she left her dog outside for four days without adequate water or shelter provisions.
Sept. 7 — James A. Carroll, 22, of West Sunbury, was charged with misdemeanor eluding of an officer after police said he failed to yield to a traffic stop and sped away from an officer in his vehicle July 25 on Blue Ridge Drive.
Aug. 31 — Erica L. Pruyn, 32, of New Castle, was charged with three misdemeanor retail thefts after police said she took an item valued at $219 from Home Depot without paying for it.
Aug. 31 — Owen D. Dunworth, 21, of Cranberry, was charged with two misdemeanors for driving under the influence after police said they stopped him Aug. 7 on Route 228. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Dunworth’s blood-alcohol content was 0.171%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Sept. 1 — Braeden Sutisna, 22, of Butler, was cited for careless driving after police said he lost control of his vehicle on Whitestown Road and struck another vehicle.
Sept. 1 — Lauren Schlagel, 24, of Bruin, was given a traffic citation after police said she attempted to turn around on Greenwood Drive and struck vehicles belonging to Chelsea Mesisca, 32, of Evans City, and Autumn Jones, 25, of Butler.
Aug. 31 — David B. Konar, 51, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors driving with a suspended license and damaging a vehicle after police said he crashed into another vehicle Aug. 24 in Lyn-Mar Plaza. Police said he did not exchange information with the other driver before leaving the scene.
Aug. 31 — Austin Harmon, 24, of New Bethlehem, was cited for careless driving after police said he rear-ended the vehicle of Colleen McAllister, 45, of Chicora, while traveling on Evans City Road.
Aug. 31 —Evan M. Olszak, 31, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him on Interstate 79 near Route 68. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Olszak’s blood-alcohol content was 0.081%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Aug. 31 — Wilbert J. Pillart, 21, of Valencia, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor simple assault and criminal mischief, one count of misdemeanor theft and summary charges of harassment after police said he pushed, bit and punched his girlfriend during an altercation. Pillart also punched the driver’s side door of her vehicle and broke her phone, police said.
Sept. 8 — Jolena E. Bowser, 44, of Parker, was charged with felony and misdemeanor theft after police said she took clothing items from Boscov’s in Center Township without paying for them.
Sept. 1 — Joshua T. Glover, 28, of Renfrew, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police responded to a vehicle crash June 30 at Tunnel Road, Forward Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed Glover’s blood-alcohol content was 0.231%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Sept. 1 — Charles A. Chemelli, 42, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment after police said he punched his girlfriend and pushed her against a wall and into a closet.
