Armstrong announces service outage

Armstrong announced via Facebook this morning that some customers are experiencing service outages.
According to comments on the internet provider’s Facebook page, parts of Cranberry Township in Butler County and central Ohio are being affected by the outage.
Armstrong asked customers to be patient as employees work on restoring service.
“We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Please note that due to high call volume, our phone may ring busy or you may experience long hold times,” the post said.
