Rodney Cosner
Rodney Bruce Cosner, 64, of Butler, passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 24, 1956, in Petersburg, W.Va., and was the son of the late Floyd M. Cosner and Lucille (Durst) Binkley.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.He had volunteered at the Butler VA, where he taught guitar lessons through Guitars for Vets. Rod had a long history of volunteering for animal causes.Surviving are his brother, Floyd (Michelle) Cosner of Harwood, Md.; two sisters, Patricia Burdock of Elk Garden, W.Va., and Judith (Howard) Duling of Hartmansville, W.Va.; and numerous nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents and stepfather, Charles D.
