Ernest Lincoln Fleck

Ernest Lincoln Fleck, 89, of West Deer Township died Sunday in St. Barnabas Nursing Home, Richland Township.

He was the husband of the late Henrietta (McIntyre) Fleck, who died Aug. 21, 2006, and the son of the late Ernest Louis and Anna (Kemper) Fleck.

Mr. Fleck was a heavy equipment operator in the Russellton Coal Mine for 35 years. He also was a farmer and had maintained the Fleck Farm since 1928.

Ernest liked fishing, hunting and spending time in East Brady with his dog, Twister.

He was a member of the American Legion of East Brady and the Owls' Club of Russellton.

Ernest always enjoyed laughing.

He is survived by his sons, Randy Fleck of West Deer Township, Barry Fleck of West Deer Township, Danny Fleck of West Deer Township and David (Brenda) Fleck of New Kensington; a stepson, Bob Hysong of Greensburg; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and his sisters, Lillian Palmer of Indianola and JoAnn Aliff of West Deer Township.

<B>FLECK</B> — Visitation for Ernest Lincoln Fleck, who died Sunday, July 17, 2011, will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Herbert R. King Jr. Funeral Home</B>, 2841 Woodland Circle, Allison Park. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Dorseyville Trinity United Church of Christ, 3712 Saxonburg Blvd., Pittsburgh, with the Rev. Roger Nicholson officiating.
