Betty Bollinger

Betty L. Bollinger, 83, of Butler, passed away Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022, at her residence.

Born Feb. 26, 1939, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Ellis and Sarah (Davis) Clark.

She retired from the housekeeping department at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, following 20 years of service.

Betty enjoyed traveling, dancing, her dog “T” and spending time with her family.

She was a former member of the East Butler Club.

Surviving are two sons, Norman Ziegler and Wayne Ziegler, both of Butler; her grandchildren, Danielle Ziegler, Jeffrey Ziegler, Timothy (Sherry) McCandless and Lenee McCandless; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Bollinger, whom she married on June 12, 1981, and who passed away April 12, 1999.

She was also preceded in death by her daughter, LuAnn Spiegel; two brothers; and one sister.

BOLLINGER — There will be no public visitation for Betty L. Bollinger, who died Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022.

A private interment will be held at the Greenlawn Burial Estates in Butler.

Arrangements have been entrusted to GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
