Linda C. Smith, 80, of Cranberry Township, passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2021.

Linda was an educator who began her teaching career in the New York Metropolitan area and subsequently in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Following her move to the Pittsburgh area, Linda founded, and for many years, headed Family Development Center, a preschool for young children which still flourishes today. Subsequently, Linda became a caregiver tending the needs of numerous elderly clients in their homes. A lover of music, Linda sang with the Sweet Adelines for more than 30 years.

Linda was the beloved wife of the late Aaron Smith; loving mother of Christopher, and Kimberly Smith; grandma of Phoebe, Lilly, Corall, and Melodi.

Smith — A memorial service will be held at a later date for Linda C. Smith, who died Thursday, May 6, 2021.
