Johnstons team up for racing victory
WASHINGTON — Trainer Gary Johnston and his son, driver Shawn Johnston — both of Evans City — joined forces to win an $11,50-0 Conditioned Trot with Woman of Power in harness racing Thursday night at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows.
Woman of Power, a 3-year-old filly, won despite 12-1 odds.
