John S. Stockett
John S. Stockett, 68, of Zelienople died Thursday at Manor Care, Pittsburgh.
Born Oct. 29, 1941, in Winterville, Ohio, he was the son of the late Ersel and Evelyn Craft Stockett.
Mr. Stockett had been a welder at PB&I in Ambridge for 20 years and also had been employed at The Kaufman House in Zelienople for many years.
He is survived by seven children, Bonnie Lynn Stockett of Rochester, Kim Stockett Kirk of Oxford, Fla., Jennifer Stockett Conway of Dormont, John W. Stockett of Kennedy Township, Robbie Stockett of Harmony, Michael Stockett of Bellevue and Rhonda Stockett of McKinney, Fla.; a sister, Judith Stockett Bissell of Rochester; and four grandchildren, Christian and Cassie Conway, Talon Kirk, and Brittany McCracken.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers.
