Up, down, up, down, for three minutes and the Butler County Family YMCA could tell these people taking the Kasch Step Test the kind of shape they were in, heart-wise. The scene was at the YMCA booth at the Fall Festival of the Arts in downtown on Sept. 17, 1977. Butler again has a fall festival and it is scheduled 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 23.
