Ronald D. Ellenberger Sr.

Ronald D. Ellenberger Sr. 64, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday surrounded by family.

Born May 16, 1954, Ron was the son of the late Dale L. Ellenberger and Gloria (Watterson Ellenberger) Chuhra.

Ron was a stone mason by trade with the Bricklayers Union Local 9.

Ron enjoyed anything and everything with nature and outdoors. He loved hunting BIG bucks, fishing, archery, target shooting, bottle digging, riding motorcycles, working in his garden, relaxing at camp, watching movies with his son, conversing with his daughter and spending time with his family.

Surviving are the love of his life, his wife of 44 years, Theresa (Teri) Bayne Ellenberger; his son, Ron Ellenberger Jr; his daughter, Brandy (Randall) Kight; two grandsons, Mitchel and Matheu Sarvey; three step grandchildren, James, Tara and Amber Kight; three step great-grandchildren, Gavin, Landon and Lilly; his stepfather, Jerome Chuhra; four siblings, Larry (Linda) Ellenberger, Cindy (Keith) Selfridge, Jerry Lee Chuhra and Darlene Taggart.

He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in life everlasting by his father and mother.

ELLENBERGER — A celebration of life for Ronald D.
