Police Reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp.

Nov. 14 — Brendan R. Frank, 30, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two misdemeanors of driving under the influence. Police said they stopped him Nov. 13 on Route 228. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Frank’s blood-alcohol content at 0.179%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 14 — Kyle N. Monroe, 29, of Mars, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after an incident Nov. 4. Police said a later breath test showed Monroe’s blood-alcohol content at 0.086%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 14 — Holly K. Koch, 19, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped her Nov. 5 on Route 228. Police said a later breath test showed Koch’s blood-alcohol content at 0.18%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Butler Twp.

Nov. 16 — Jay S. Grinnell, 69, of Harmony, was charged with a misdemeanor, after police said he rear-ended a vehicle at New Castle Road and Campus Lane.

Lancaster Twp.

Nov. 14 — Thomas K. Brantner, 21, of Prospect, was charged with three misdemeanors of harassment. Police said he repeatedly contacted someone via telephone.

Nov. 14 — Heath Christy, 39, of Renfrew, was charged with misdemeanor stalking. Police said he repeatedly contacted someone via telephone.

State police, Butler

Nov. 20 — Jonathon Aretz, 52, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, was charged with driving under the influence. Police said he was pulled over for failing to maintain a single lane at the intersection of Pittsburgh Road and Oak Ridge Drive in Penn Township just before 1 a.m.

Nov. 20 — Michael Behe, 33, of Oil City, Venango County, was charged with driving under the influence. Police said he was involved in a vehicle crash on I-79 in Worth Township at 11:48 p.m.

Nov. 20 — Zackary R. Householder, 23, of Pittsburgh was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with serious injuries after the pickup truck he was driving traveled off of I-79 South in Lancaster Township, went up an embankment in the median and began to barrel roll, police said. The truck came to rest back on the highway. He was taken to the hospital by a passerby, police said.

Nov. 17 — Cal Dittman, 37, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence. Police said Dittman was involved in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Pittsburgh and Maharg roads in Penn Township at 11:44 p.m.

Nov. 15 — Ryan A. Williams, 44, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor theft. Police said he took construction equipment from a residence without permission.

Nov. 15 — Zion A. Scriven, 25, of Slippery Rock, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped him Oct. 6 on Ralston Road, Slippery Rock Township, and that field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Nov. 14 — Andrew S. Audo, 30, of Leechburg, was charged with felony child endangerment, misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he threw a child into the front seat of a car and punched a woman.

Nov. 14 — Dzhafar Abuzakhra, 20, of Pittsburgh, was charged with four misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him Sept. 10 on Old Forge Road, Slippery Rock Borough, and field sobriety tests showed he was impaired. A later blood test showed traces of methamphetamine, clonazepam, THC and sertaline in Abuzakhra’s system, police said.

Nov. 14 — Pamela S. Chesonis, 57, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said she crashed her vehicle Nov. 11 on Hilliard Road, Washington Township, and that a later breath test showed Chesonis’ blood-alcohol content at 0.167%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 14 — Adam J. Flick, 45, of Cabot, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped him Nov. 11 on Hannashstown Road, Jefferson Township. Police said he admitted to taking two oxycodone pills before driving.

Nov. 14 — Cameron T. Turner, 33, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he took more than 223 pounds of metal from a business without paying for it.

State police, Kittanning

Nov. 14 — Devin J. Collins, 31, of Chicora, was charged with three misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him Sept. 24 on Old Route 422, Clearfield Township, and that field sobriety tests showed he was impaired. A later blood test showed traces of cocaine, benzoylecgonine and oxymorphone in Collins’ system, police said.
