A missing 13-year-old girl, Haley Kreider, was been found safe in West Kittanning at 10:30 a.m. Friday.
The Manor Township Police Department put out a Facebook post Friday asking the community for help in finding Haley, who was last seen near Armstrong Junior/Senior High School on Thursday and was believed to be in immediate physical danger.
