POLICE REPORTS

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Nov. 30 — Cade C. Werner, 18, and Colemann Phillips, 18, both of Gibsonia, were charged with two misdemeanor counts of possessing drugs. Police stopped them Nov. 20 near Treesdale Commons. Police said a marijuana grinder, and a bag of suspected marijuana were found in the vehicle.

Butler City

Nov. 24 — Donald J. Dobson, 47, of Butler, was charged with felony trespassing. Police said he once gained entry and another time attempted to gain entry to a residence.

Butler Twp

Dec. 6 — Tammy N. Flynn, 49, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor of driving under the influence, summary public drunkenness and several traffic citations. Police stopped Flynn on Logan Avenue.

Nov. 28 — Joseph M. Doty, 19, of Evans City, was charged with a possessing marijuana. Police stopped him Oct. 8 on Bryson Road. Police said Doty surrendered a small amount of marijuana.

Cranberry Twp

Nov. 29 — Adam J. Burns, 43, of Carnegie, was charged with two counts of felony theft. Police said he left Home Depot with $388 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Nov. 23 — Erik G. Mack, 48, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor tampering with evidence. Police said he attempted to have a vehicle towed that was involved in a hit and run crash on Nov. 3.

Nov. 21 — Max A. Delsignore, 22, of Cranberry Towship, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he punched someone in the face and wrestled them.

Middlesex Twp

Nov. 28 — Victor Harris-Berry, 33, of Butler, was charged with accidents involving damage to a vehicle and several traffic citations. Police said he left the scene of an accident Nov. 3 at Pittsburgh and McFann roads.

Penn Twp

Dec. 1 — Evan R. Wolfinger, 26, of Valencia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police stopped him Nov. 24 on Pittsburgh Road. Police said a later breath test showed Wolfinger’s blood-alcohol content at 0.133%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Saxonburg Boro

Nov. 28 — Kimberly M. Gray, 45, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor driving with a suspended license. Police stopped her on West Main Street Nov. 23.
