Patricia J. Welch

Patricia J. Welch, 52, of North Monroe Street died at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at her home.

Born in Butler, Oct. 24, 1953, she was the daughter of Beatrice A. Wonderly Welch and the late Charles E. Welch.

She was a member and former deacon of the Hill United Presbyterian Church, where she belonged to the Willing Workers and the Tuesday Morning Women's Bible Study. She also belonged to the Nurture Committee and was responsible for sending birthday cards to church members.

She was a 1972 alumna of Butler High School.

Surviving are her mother of Meridian; two sisters, Mrs. Mark (Connie) Cicerchi of Aliquippa and Mrs. Austin (Barbara) Goff of St. Albans, W. Va.; and three brothers, Scott Welch of Glendale, Ariz., Charles Welch Jr. of Longmont Colo., and Robert Welch of Butler. A number of nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

<B>WELCH</B> — Friends of Patricia J. Welch, who died Thursday, June 29, 2006, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E. North St. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. John Porter, associate pastor of Hill United Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will be at Greenlawn Burial Estates, Mount Chestnut.Memorial donations may be made to Hill United Presbyterian Church, 501 Second St., Butler, PA 16001.Information also is available at www.thompson-miller.com.
