Brandon Scarborough and Jessica Linton

A June 4, 2016, wedding is being planned by Jessica Lenae Linton of Panama City, Fla., and Brandon Scott Scarborough of Slippery Rock.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Elizabeth and Jeffrey Linton of Panama City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Mark and Christine Scarborough of Slippery Rock.

The future bride served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps. Her service included a deployment to Afghanistan.

She plans to attend Slippery Rock University.

Her fiance graduated in 2010 from Moniteau High School. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps. During his four years of service, he was deployed to Afghanistan.

He is a student at Precision Manufacturing Institute in Meadville.
