Ruth J. Robison

Ruth J. Robison, 76, of Evans City died Monday at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born Sept. 17, 1930, in Adams Township, she was the daughter of Clarence and Jennie Reichle Leisie.

Mrs. Robison retired in 1994 from MSA, where she had been an executive secretary.

She was a member of the Keystone Squares square dancing group and volunteered with the Adult Literacy Campaign.

She was a member of the White Oak Springs Presbyterian Church, Renfrew, where she was an elder and volunteered with the Meals on Wheels program.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, John Robison; two daughters, Ann J. Robison of Houston, and Kathy L. Jenkins of Gerrardstown, W.Va.; a son, Steven P. Robison of Downingtown; a brother, Frank Leisie of Cranberry Township; a sister, Helen Leisie of Evans City; and four grandchildren.

Her sister, Hazel Burford, preceded her in death.

<B>ROBISON </B>— Friends of Ruth J. Robison, who died Monday, July 9, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the <B>Boylan Funeral Home</B>, 116 E. Main St., Evans City. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel at the Butler County Memorial Park, 380 Evans City Road, with her church pastor, the Rev. Lee Dreyer, officiating. Following the service friends are invited to a luncheon at White Oak Springs Presbyterian Church, 102 Shannon Road, Renfrew.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to White Oak Springs Presbyterian Church, Meals On Wheels Program, 102 Shannon Road, Renfrew, PA 16053.Online condolences and directions are available at www.boylanfuneralhome.com.
