Adeline L. “Babe” Magee, 97, of Valencia died Wednesday evening at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township.

Born Sept. 6, 1918, in Clearfield County, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Charles and Claire Gossar Livingston.

A homemaker, Babe was a member of Valencia Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are her son, David R. Magee and his wife, Beverly, of Saxonburg; her granddaughter, Bonnie Semler and her husband, Robert, of Saxonburg; her great-granddaughters, Mallory and Madison; and two sisters, Geraldine Davis and her husband, James, of Johnstown, Pa., and Evelyn Rose Alexander of Graham, Wash.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Magee, who she married Aug. 23, 1940, and who died Dec. 29, 2003; and by her sister, Isabel Livingston.
