One person transported following crash
Crews responded to the scene of a two-vehicle crash in Cranberry Township Wednesday afternoon that had traffic restricted on Route 19 for a short while. Mikayla Torrence/Butler Eagle
One person was taken by ambulance following a two-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Route 19 and Short Street.
Southbound traffic on Route 19 was consolidated to one lane while crews responded to the crash, which happened at about 4:10 p.m.
The vehicle was reportedly smoking. Firefighters could be seen returning a hose to their firetruck.
The scene was clear by 5 p.m.
