Gabriela Taylor and Joseph Gurner, both of Washington, D.C., were united in marriage May 25 at Palacio De Fronteira in Lisbon, Portugal. The Rev. Ron Foster officiated. A reception followed at Palacio De Fronteira.
The bride is the daughter of Kathryn Taylor of Bethesda, Md. Parents of the bridegroom are Nick and Linda Gurner of Butler.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of the American School of Paris and a 2010 graduate of University Les Roches, Marbella, Spain.
She is employed by the Four Seasons in Washington, D.C.
The bridegroom graduated from Butler High School in 1995. He graduated from the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, Pittsburgh, in 2000.
He is the senior executive chef at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
Following a honeymoon trip to Greece and Paris, the couple is making their home in Washington, D.C.
