Kindergarten registration for the 2023-24 school year is open in the Seneca Valley School District.
District officials announced Tuesday that children who are age 5 on or before Sept. 1 are eligible to attend kindergarten this fall.
A district news release said kindergartners will be welcomed into Seneca Valley’s engaging half-day program with transportation that is provided one way.
Registration at this time is intended to collect pertinent preliminary information, including parent or guardian contacts and student records.
Documents required for registration are:
- Two documents as proof of residency, such as lease or mortgage documents, or a utility bill
- Child’s birth certificate, passport, baptismal certificate or other certified birth record
- Immunization records to date
