Toni E. Chavis, 52, of Hansen Avenue, Lyndora, passed away Saturday at her home.

Born May 3, 1957, in Kittanning, she was the daughter of Donald W. Butler and Naomi J. (Tomko) Bouch.

She was a graduate of Butler High School.

She is survived by her mother, Naomi J. (Tomko) Bouch of North Washington; three brothers; Michael A. Butler of Butler, Dale K. Butler of Prospect and John A. Tomko of Lyndora; two sisters, Barbara J. Butler of North Washington and Jacquelyne M. Cole of Munhall; eight nieces; and four nephews.
