Bruce D. Routhieaux

Bruce D. Routhieaux, 54, of Mars died unexpectedly Monday morning at UPMC Passavant Hospital in Cranberry Township.

Born Jan. 26, 1961, in Green Bay, Wis., he was the son of Carla Simono Routhieaux and the late Garie Routhieaux.

Bruce was the chief operating officer for Carmeuse N.A. in Pittsburgh, where he had worked for 36 years.

An avid golfer, he was a member of Sewickley Heights Golf Club and was a former member of the Treesdale Golf and Country Club.

Bruce was a huge Green Bay Packers fan.

Surviving are his wife, Roxanne Raffensperger Routhieaux, who he married July 2, 1983; two daughters, Nicole Petruska (Greg) of Valencia and Candice Ryan (Jason) of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; two sons, Brian Routhieaux of Mars and Eric Routhieaux of Wexford; his grandchildren, Hunter and Averie Ryan; his mother, Carla Routhieaux of Fremont, Ohio; his brother, Garie Routhieaux Jr. (Jodi) of Lisbon, Ohio; two sisters, Julie Steinle of Fremont, Ohio, and Diane Van Iten (Tom) of Green Bay, Wis.; nieces and nephews; his mother-in-law, Marilyn Raffensperger; his sister-in-law, Tami Sondergaard (Mark); and his brother-in-law, Steve Raffensperger (Kellie).

ROUTHIEAUX — Friends of Bruce D. Routhieaux, who died Monday, Jan. 18, 2016, will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Hope Lutheran Church, 8070 Rowan Road, Cranberry Township, with the Rev. Ronald Brown, pastor, officiating.Please meet at the church. Burial will be at the West Union Cemetery, Pine Township.Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Susan G.
