Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
March 22 — Joshua Hodeney, 23, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he threw someone to the ground and repeatedly punched and kicked them in the head.
March 21 — Calvin Fair III, 20, of Detroit, was charged with misdemeanors theft, fleeing police and drug possession. Police said he left Target with $559 worth of merchandise without paying for it, ran from police and was found in possession of marijuana.
In this incident, Symone D. Conley-Young, 25, of Harper Woods, Mich., was charged with misdemeanor hindering apprehension. Police said she admitted to driving Fair from Target.
March 23 — Claudelto De Almeida Santos, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats, harassment and summary harassment. Police said he stabbed a door with knife and threatened to kill someone on the other side of it.
March 21— Adrian Gomez, 28, of Denver City, Tex., was charged with misdemeanor theft of services and summaries disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Police said he was unable to pay for a tab at Cenci’s and was yelling at patrons and employees.
March 21 — Pedro Islas Cazares, 27, of Rock Valley, Iowa, was charged with felony and misdemeanor theft. Police said he was found driving a vehicle that was not his.
March 21 — John H. Toy Jr., 43, of Ford City, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor driving under the influence and several traffic citations after police said they stopped him on Route 422, Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Toy’s blood alcohol content at 0.212% with traces of THC. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
March 21 — Colin M.W. Stewart, 27, of Gibsonia, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him Feb. 1 on Route 422, Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC in his blood.
March 21 — Terry K. Trent, 77, of Volant, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said he crashed his vehicle March 2 in Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test Trent’s blood alcohol content at 0.128%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
March 21 — Louis Justice III, 33, of Campbell, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police said they stopped him Feb. 10 on Route 422, Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of methamphetamine and THC in his blood. Police said marijuana was found in the vehicle.
March 21 — Francis X. Orsini, 62, of Bloomfield, Conn., was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him on Route 422, Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.
March 21 — Jason R. Porter, 43, of Portersville, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police said he crashed his vehicle on New Castle Road, Muddy Creek Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed Porter’s blood alcohol content a 0.121%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
March 21 — Carley R. Barron, 20, of Butler, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her March 18 on New Castle Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later breath test showed Barron’s blood alcohol content at 0.207%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
March 20 — Frank J. Weber, 33, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he struck someone in the eye.
