Cranberry Township wins ‘top honors’ in statewide competition
Cranberry Township has won the “Outstanding Citizen Communication” award in the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisor’s annual Citizen Communication Contest.
This is the second consecutive year the township has received the award for its communication programs and activities. This year, 33 townships submitted over 100 entries to the contest.
The township also won first place in the “Electronic Newsletters” and “Audiovisual Communications” categories. It won second place in the “Websites and Other Publications” categories, and tied for the third place in the “Social Media” category.
Township officials will accept the award later this month at the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisor’s Annual Educational Conference.
