Fuhrer, Knox
Ashley Fuhrer and Darren Knox, both of Butler, were united in marriage April 21 at Mater Dolorosa Church in Chicora. The Rev. Joseph Pudichery officiated. A reception followed at the 10th Street Station in Ford City.
The bride is the daughter of Kurt and Becky Fuhrer of Chicora. Parents of the bridegroom are Ken and Cheryl Knox of Karns City.
The honor attendant was Amber Fuhrer of Chicora. Bridesmaids included Mallory Craig, Jennifer Bishop and Tori Dunn, all of Chicora, Melissa Collier and Melanie Knox, both of Pittsburgh, Shannon Christie of Petrolia and Deanna Brown of East Brady.
The flower girl was Olivia McKenzie of North Carolina.
Groomsmen included Jimmy Frazer of Petrolia, Evan Knox and Justin Knox, both of Pittsburgh, Nathan Knox, Andrew Larimare, Joe Callihan, Erick Fuhrer and Brad Fuhrer, all of Chicora.
The ring bearer was Carter Fuhrer of Chicora.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Karns City High School and a 2007 graduate of Butler Beauty School.
She is employed by Double Image Styling Salon in Butler.
The bridegroom graduated from Karns City High School in 2002 and Thiel College in 2006.
He is employed by Butler County Prison.
Following a honeymoon trip to Tulum, Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Butler.
