Kramer

Eugene L. Kramer, 79, of Valencia, died on April 17, 2023.

Born in Valencia on Oct. 2, 1943, he was the son of the late Albert J. “Sonny” and Dorothy Hundley Kramer.

He was the beloved husband for 25 years to Pauline Aiken Kramer.

He was the loving father of Lori Berzonski (Michael Cameron) and the late Douglas Kramer; stepfather of Michael and Don Schriver; brother of Albert Kramer (Mary Anne), Paul Kramer and Marilyn Kramer; dear grandfather of Douglas, Paul, Victoria, Rebecca, Andrew, Jonathan and Diego; and the stepgrandfather of Cory.

He is also survived by his precious dog, “Buffy.”

Eugene first worked with his dad with their family business, Butler County Water Conditioning. He then worked for Halstead Industries in Zelienople for 30 years. Eugene eventually took over ownership of his father’s business, taking great care of customers for many years and working up until his final days.

Eugene had a heart the size of the universe, helping anyone in need, and was loved by customers, friends and family.

He was a lifelong and devoted member of Valencia United Methodist Church, where he was a chairman trustee.

KRAMER — Friends of Eugene L. Kramer, who died Monday, April 17, 2023, will be received from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Valencia United Methodist Church, 66 Almira St., Valencia, with the Rev. Robert Martin officiating.

Interment will follow in Bakerstown Cemetery.
