Butler Eagle announces its April “Pets of the Month”
The Butler Eagle is proud to partner with the Butler County Humane Society to bring you the “Pets of the Month,” showcasing two of the wonderful pets up for adoption at their facility.
Take a look at your April pets of the month below.
Jerri is a seven-year-old pit-bull mix originally from Philadelphia who was brought into the Humane Society as a stray back in February. He’s amazing with people and loves attention, spending most of his time playing with his favorite toys. Though, he may need toys to chew on that can withstand his tougher chewing.
While Jerri enjoys being pet and playing with toys, he’s not suitable for homes with other pets and young children. Jerri would do best in a quiet home where he can relax and cuddle.
Skippy has been a resident at the Humane Society since October of 2022, coming in as a stray at less than a year old. She’s spent time in a few foster homes and has learned to socialize with people and other cats. She has a very low-key personality, though does love attention from humans.
She spends her days playing with toys, lounging around, and loves to be given treats. Friendly and loving, Skippy would be a great pet for a family.
If you’re interested in adopting Jerri, Skippy, or any of the others pets up for adoption, make sure to visit the Butler County Humane Society’s website at www.butlercountyhs.org.
