Carol Ann Anderson (Pilch), 68, died peacefully at her home Thursday in Crafton Heights after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was the beloved wife of 49 years to Donald; a loving mother of Tracie (Bryan) Doerr and Robin (Scott) Lorentz; a devoted grandmother of Matthew, Charlene Doerr, Christopher, Samantha, Joshua, Nathan and Shane Lorentz; and a dear sister of Donna Cartwright, Geraldine Schoeneman, Rose Cypher and Walter "Sonny" Pilch. She will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews and many friends.

Carol was known for her free spirit and love of crafts and flowers.

<B>ANDERSON</B> — Visitation for Carol Ann Anderson, who died Thursday, June 10, 2010, will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the <B>SCHEPNER-McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME</B>, 165 Noble Ave., Crafton, Allegheny County.A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Philip Church. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
