U.S. Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa, took 6th place. The list addressed his recovery from both the stroke he suffered during his candidacy and its side-effects, as well as a rail safety bill he co-sponsored with Casey.

In 40th place was U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, R-16th. Kelly currently chairs the Subcommittee on Tax, co-sponsoring a bipartisan bill to extend the New Markets Tax Credit. The list also underscored his recent participation in the congressional parent’s bill of rights.
