A. Ronald Ziegler
A. Ronald Ziegler, 63, of Zelienople died Thursday at his home.
Born Jan. 28, 1947, in Harmony, he was the son of the late Abraham and Dorothy (Adams) Ziegler.
Ronald was a member of the first graduating class of Seneca Valley High School in 1965, and he went on to graduate from Cleveland State in 1970.
He was vice president of Sota Construction, past chairman of the Harmony Planning Commission, past zoning officer for Harmony, chairman of the Historic Architectural Review Board (HARB) and a representative for the Harmony to Zelienople Joint Comprehension Plan.
He is survived by a daughter, Chandra Vignere and her husband, Anthony, of Conway; a granddaughter, Drea, the light of his life; two stepchildren, Angela Springmeyer and her husband, John, of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Paul Algain and his wife, Kristin, of California; three step grandchildren, Henry, Daschel and Braden; a sister, Donna Lewis and her husband, Charles, of Zelienople; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, who all loved him dearly.
<B>ZIEGLER</B> — Friends of A. Ronald Ziegler, who died Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 and 9 p.m. Monday at <B>Boylan Funeral Home</B>, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. A celebration of life service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Peter’s Reformed Church, 314-320 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, with the Rev. James R. Bertoti, officiating.
