Lawrene R. “Lar” Zorich, 91, formerly of Blawnox, graduated peacefully to Heaven on May 21, 2023, from her home in Mars.

She was the beloved wife of the late Peter J. Zorich; loving mother of Jan (late Mark) Hammel, Gayle Zorich and Edwynna (Rob) Roach; grandmother of four; great-grandmother of six; sister of Edward Consolo, Eugene Consolo and the late Angeline Snyder, Joe Consolo, Theresa Guerico, Mary Almo and Charlie Consolo.

She also leaves behind extended family and friends.

She was known for her sense of humor with telling mom jokes, her caring heart toward everyone, and her deep love of the Lord.

She worked for the Fox Chapel School District for many years.

ZORICH — The family of Lawrene R. “Lar” Zorich, who died Sunday, May 21, 2023, will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of a home going service at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at THOMAS M. SMITH FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 930 Center Ave., Blawnox.
