Mason James Monpere, infant son of Frank R. Monpere and Jessica Tolley, died at 4 a.m. Sunday at Magee Women's Hospital, Pittsburgh.

He was born Friday in Butler.

Surviving are his father of Cranberry Township; his mother of East Butler; his paternal grandmother, Robyn Monpere of Cranberry Township; his maternal grandmother, Norma Heasley of East Butler; three aunts, and an uncle.
