Violet B. Yuhas
Violet B. Yuhas, 80, of Butler died at 8:22 p.m. Friday at her daughter's home.
Born March 28, 1926, in Butler, she was the daughter of Frederick and Dorothy Blume Birckbichler.
She was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Joyce Yuhas and Mrs. Richard (Marcie) Peters, both of Butler; two sons, Bruce Yuhas of Miami, Fla., and Robert Yuhas of Cranberry Township, and four grandchildren.
She also is survived by a sister, Mrs. Paul (Carolyn) Benninger of Butler, and four brothers, Harold, Ralph, Cletus and Dale Birckbichler, all of Butler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William John Yuhas, who died Nov. 27, 1995, and a brother.
<B>YUHAS</B> — Friends of Violet B. Yuhas, who died Friday, Sept. 1, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>Young Funeral Home</B>, 127 W. Jefferson St. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 127 Franklin St., with the Rev. Pierre Falkenhan officiating.
