Police: Valencia man raped, threatened 2 teenage girls

Eric S. Ellis II

A Valencia man is accused of raping two teenage girls and threatening to kill them if they reported the incidents, according to Middlesex Township police.

Eric S. Ellis II, 26, was charged last week with multiple felonies, including one count of rape of a child, two counts of rape forcible compulsion, three counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, two counts of corruption of minors and indecent assault of a person less than 13-years-old as well as misdemeanors indecent assault and terroristic threats.

Ellis was placed in Butler County Prison on Thursday, June 1, in lieu of $250,000 bail.

According to the affidavit, police received reports of sexual assault on May 20, which regarded multiple incidents in February and March between Ellis and two girls, who were at that time ages 12 and 13.

Court documents showed Ellis took the girls hunting in March and allegedly had sex with the 12-year-old girl two times. He then had the 13-year-old girl perform sexual acts on him, police said.

Ellis threatened to kill both girls and their families if they reported the incidents, saying he would deny it ever happened, according to the affidavit.

In an earlier incident on Feb. 24, police said Ellis exposed himself to the girls while in a Middlesex Township home. Ellis also asked the girls to touch him inappropriately and for the 12-year-old girl to perform sexual acts on him, according to the report.

Police said Ellis twice on Feb. 24 threatened to kill the girls if they ever reported the incident.

Later on Feb. 24, police said Ellis took the girls hunting. Ellis had the 12-year-old girl perform sexual acts on him while in a hunting blind, and police said he again threatened to kill both girls if they reported the incident.

On May 30, Ellis contacted police and said he wanted to confess. On May 31, police said he arrived at the Middlesex Township station and admitted to some sexual acts with both girls.

His preliminary hearing before District Judge Sue Haggerty is scheduled June 21.
